En una situación duro, desenchufar y esperes. Si hay errores con la traducción yo estaría  muy agradecido por sus sugerencias. Cuando un proyecto o reunión se pone difícil, es muy fácil para luchar y para ir de allí ya. Pero es mejor haces lo mismos con una ordenador que es funcionando lentamente: Lo apague y espera para un corto tiempo. Se da  la oportunidad de recuperar su compostura.  Durante una reunión sin resultados.  Descanses. Escribiendo una propuesta difícil. Das un paseo. Durante la descanso, no piensas de estrategias nuevos.  Afuera la situación te da tiempo a descansar asi, cuando regresas – con una perspectiva fresca y une mente tranquilo – es más posible que descubres nuevas soluciones. In tough situations, unplug and wait.    When a project or meeting gets difficult, it can be tempting to power through to try to get it over with. But it's better to do the same you might do for a slow-moving computer: shut it off and wait a minute. Give yourself the opportunity to regain your composure. In a meeting that's going nowhere? Take a break. Not making headway on that proposal you need to write? Take a walk. During the break, don't think of new strategies or arguments.
