Prepararse por este preguntar de entrevista dura Tanto estas una gerente nuevo o una director ejecutiva designado recientemente, tienes 3 meses  de hacer impacto.  Comienzas preparar por el primero 90 días tan pronto como  la entrevista primero. Estos listos para responder la pregunta: ‘¿Qué esperanzas lograr durante el primero 3 meses?’.  No evitar la preguntar y dices que aprenderá y observará antes de que meterse de lleno.  En lugar de eso, preparas una respuesta pensativa. Comienzas al declarar que entiendes la posición y la organización.  Evitar críticas.  Después, demonstrar los conexiones entre los  objetivos y su experiencia. Completar su respuesta en la entrega de recomendaciones claro, con algunos caucionar, porque necesitas más información antes de que los implementas.
